Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Automation

Serving automotive, aerospace, energy, medical device, and industrial markets, the company specializes in automated assembly, robotics, and integrated manufacturing systems. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex, multimillion-dollar automation projects while mentoring other Project Managers and driving on-time delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead multimillion-dollar custom automation projects from contract award through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery
- Manage project budgets, profitability, schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Mentor Project Managers while coordinating engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in custom automation machinery or capital equipment
- Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar automation projects, budgets, contracts, and profitability
- Four-year Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with strong technical knowledge of automation systems
