continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and support training of junior staffEnsure consistent organization of project communication, documentation, and workflows across all platformsDemonstrate advanced understanding of construction processes, drawings, documents, RFIs, and submittalsApply strong attention to detail and quality control across all project documentation and executionMaintain knowledge of permitting workflows and project setup procedures Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling concepts and critical path awarenessWhat You'll Bring:Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Commercial Interior Project Manager, with a proven track record managing highly detailed, high-value corporate interior projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred;
