Senior Project ManagerFlorence Electric is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, financial oversight, and a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, execution, and financial performance of multiple complex electrical construction projects. This role drives project strategy from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Own full P&L responsibility for assigned projects and/or portfolio of workDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitabilityAnalyze and report on project financials (cost vs.
budget, projections, productivity)Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting schedule, cost, and performanceOversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeoutEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and aligned with contract requirementsLead project planning, scheduling, procurement strategy, and resource allocationMentor Project Managers and Assistant Project ManagersPartner with field leadership (Superintendents, Foremen) to align project goals and execution strategyBuild and maintain long-term customer relationshipsParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planningUtilize systems (e.g., COINS or equivalent) for project tracking, documentation, and reportingParticipate in project handoff from estimating to operationsQualifications:8+ years of experience in electrical construction project managementProven experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects (ideally $5M-$20M)Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles/practicesExceptional initiative, execution, leadership and organizational skillsJourneyman or Master Electrician license a plus
