This role combines project management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership in a fast-paced digital environmentKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end digital project management for web and application development initiativesManage cross-functional teams including UX/UI, Design, Engineering, and QADrive Agile / Scrum delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planningTranslate business and stakeholder requirements into clear functional and technical documentationOwn project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery executionManage work using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management toolsSupport QA, UAT, and release management to ensure high-quality deliverablesAct as the primary escalation point and proactively remove delivery roadblocksContinuously improve delivery processes, team velocity, and client outcomesRequired Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager / Digital Project ManagerStrong background in web development, UX/UI design, and QA processesHands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery environmentsProven experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex digital programsExperience with CMS and eCommerce platforms: WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Magento, etc.Strong knowledge of SDLC, release management, and risk mitigationExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsNice to haveScrum Master / Product Owner certificationExperience in Automobile industry or consulting environmentsExposure to marketing technology (MarTech), digital transformation, or enterprise web platforms
