Owner Representative / Senior Project Manager Job Description
Job Objectives
- Project Life Cycle Delivery – Can manage the project(s) according to the established Project Delivery process, using the tools (ProjectTeam) and support resources established to keep all the projects properly documented.
- Market Understanding – Has thorough knowledge of the market and can effectively apply that level of knowledge to enhance project delivery outcomes.
- Management Oversight of Architects/Engineers (A/E) and Contractors Pre-Construction Experience
- Scope/Design Management
- Team Building
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication
- Risk Management – Effectively identifies, communicates, takes action, manages, and resolves or minimizes all risks that could affect the schedule and cost in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.
- Closeout & Turnover to Client Agency
- BS, BA Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
