Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full data center lifecycle: concept, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout

• Lead day-to-day construction oversight and report project health to executive stakeholders

• Drive design from Basis of Design through construction documents

• Coordinate engineering teams, site developers, general contractors, and technical vendors

• Manage data hall fit-out: busway, PDUs, fiber infrastructure, Cat6 networks, server cabinets, and hot aisle containment

• Track cost, schedule, scope, and risk across multiple projects

• Review and manage RFIs, engineering questions, and submittals

• Track engineering deliverables, equipment deliveries, installations, and commissioning milestones

• Run contractor, developer, and engineering meetings to keep every stakeholder aligned

• Build and manage internal and external design teams

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years of construction project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

• Strong command of construction processes, MEP and engineering coordination, and project delivery

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once

• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Data center design and/or construction experience (hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise)

• Experience on other complex builds: hospitals, labs, high-rise commercial, manufacturing plants/fabs, power plants, or substations

• Commissioning experience (Levels 1-5)

• Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam

• PE, RA, or NCARB (preferred, not required)
