Senior Project Manager

A leading company within the structural steel industry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage complex steel construction projects across fabrication, erection, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Manage project cost, schedule, and scope
* Coordinate detailing and engineering activities
* Collaborate closely with fabrication and erection teams
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
* Manage change orders and commercial matters
* Oversee procurement and delivery schedules
* Produce forecasts, reports, and project updates
* Mentor and support junior project management staff
* Lead multiple complex structural steel projects independently
Requirements
* Proven structural steel project management experience
* Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
* Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes
* Track record delivering complex steel packages
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage projects autonomously from award to completion
