The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while guiding internal teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget. This position also plays a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the firm's long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout project lifecyclesOversee multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metLead and coordinate internal project teams, providing direction and mentorship to junior staffReview drawings and construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulationsInterpret contracts and ensure project execution aligns with agreed-upon terms and scopeFacilitate project kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination sessions with stakeholdersEnsure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning requirements, and applicable housing regulationsParticipate in jurisdictional meetings and assist with securing necessary approvalsConduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and address project needsPrepare and review project specifications to ensure consistency and qualityQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (professional registration preferred)12+ years of architectural project management experience across multiple project typesStrong background in client-facing roles with proven communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of building codes and regulatory requirements, including multifamily housing standardsExperience with Type V construction (multifamily/apartment projects required)Proficiency with Bluebeam required; familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is a plusDemonstrated leadership ability with a focus on mentoring and developing team membersAdditional Details:Schedule: Four 9-hour workdays plus a half day on FridaysCore hours begin in the morning to support team coordination meetingsLimited hybrid flexibility may be considered after 90 days (set day, mid-week only)Reports directly to senior leadershipInterview process typically consists of 1–2 in-depth interviewsPerks:Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future direction of the firmClear path for advancement, including potential for promotion into leadership rolesCollaborative environment that values mentorship and professional developmentConsistent bonus history tied to both individual and company performanceAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
