THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients and project teams. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of projects, providing leadership and mentorship to teams, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout every phase of the project.

You are the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in driving project success, fostering collaboration, and balancing design excellence with budget, schedule, and business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, team coordination, and ongoing communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate efforts among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and reviewing agencies.
• Oversee construction administration activities and help resolve project challenges.
• Ensure project compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control reviews to maintain high project standards.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Manage change orders, additional service authorizations, and contract modifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate project invoicing.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while protecting the interests of both the client and the firm.Inspire, mentor, and support project team members to achieve their professional and project goals.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team environment.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Encourage continuous learning and adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 12+ years of architectural and project management experience.
• Experience leading complex projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Strong technical, project management, and communication skills.
