Senior Project Manager (Amenities / Construction)
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Schedule: Hybrid / Onsite
Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 + Benefits
We're working on a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered complex amenities, mixed-use, hospitality, or community facility projects and enjoys leading teams, stakeholders, and clients from start to finish.
The position offers the opportunity to oversee high-visibility projects, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the key point of contact across project teams while driving quality project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
- Background in amenities, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, recreation, or community facility projects
- Strong experience with xhqgsiq budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- PMP, CCM, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus
