Stantec seeks a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery, coach the PM Community, and monitor performance including commercial, quality and risk metrics. Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you will advise Project Management Leads and ensure consistent application of PM processes across the business center.
You will coach staff, run PIR reviews, manage resource planning and participate in risk reviews to improve project outcomes and profitability.
