To support a project management delivery team, the full-time Senior Project Estimator will develop accurate construction cost estimates from conceptual design to final construction documents, while working remotely in the US. Key responsibilities: Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and support the development of an overall Project Cost Plan Research material and labor pricing, produce quantity take-offs, and maintain cost benchmarking information Interface with clients and project management teams to define cost requirements and lead value engineering reviews Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study Minimum 3 years of related experience in estimating RICS or CIOB accreditation preferred Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of estimating software such as OST Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of construction practices preferred
