As a Senior Project Engineer (Sr. PE), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving construction projects from concept to closeout. What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and manage key components of projects—documentation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.
- Dive into complex drawings and specs to anticipate and solve problems before they slow us down.
- Serve as a vital point of contact between clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth execution from preconstruction through punch lists.
- Make regular job site visits to support safety, quality assurance, and logistics.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements that raise the bar for excellence.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in construction (commercial, industrial, or TI preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Technical Skills: Confident with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, and safety protocols.
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator. Detail-driven but always seeing the big picture.

Travel & Field Requirements:
Expect frequent regional travel between job sites and offices—mostly within California. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
