You’ll be reading drawings, keeping subs coordinated, checking quality as work goes in, and reporting production day to day. You’ll be shoulder to shoulder with the PM and Superintendent, picking up the kind of site knowledge that’s hard to get anywhere else.
- You’ve worked as a Senior Field Engineer, or something close to it, on commercial construction sites with an established GC
- You’ve got a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- You’re comfortable in tools like Procore, Viewpoint, or Primavera, or you pick up software quickly
- You’ve worked in a self-perform or union environment before
- You’ve touched healthcare, tech, or life sciences projects
