Job Title: Senior Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager
Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 Depending on Role, bonus potential, 401k match, comprehensive benefits!
We need you to lead multiple large-scale projects in a reputable, vertically-integrated stone, and tile contracting company. With a reputation built on high-quality materials and in-house fabrication, this company prides itself on delivering bespoke building solutions. The incumbent will bring their extensive specialized experience in exterior mechanically fastened stone systems into play, working on innovative projects of great architectural interest in our fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You'll Do
- Control and manage project documents, preparing, logging, and tracking RFIs with GCs and design teams
- Review and coordinate shop drawings against contract documents and field conditions
- Assist in tracking long-lead stone procurement, managing material logs, and coordinating delivery
- Contribute to cost controls by managing COR logs, submittal of backup, and budget tracking under PM direction
- Read and interpret subcontracts, specifications, and contract drawings to flag scope nuances and coordination gaps
- Maintain best practices for document control and record-keeping throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate with estimating, shop, and field ops to ensure smooth information flow
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience supporting stone/tile or exterior cladding scopes on commercial/institutional projects preferred or 3+ years of construction experience
- Strong track record in shop drawing coordination and project management software proficiency (ACC, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Teams, Smartsheet)
- A knack for strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with GCs, architects, and team members
