What You Will Do
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support program success.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and detailed program plans to ensure smooth execution while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
- Coordinate and monitor EMC development, qualification, and documentation activities, ensuring timely progress, high-quality deliverables, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Lead EMC status meetings, partnering with technical leads to track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement recovery plans when needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Prior experience in project engineering or program management.
- Experience with developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules within Microsoft Project.
- Experience supporting Earned Value Management Systems to manage program budgets.
- Experience with Change Management and Risk Management tools and practices.
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC or other projects requiring compliance to environmental test standards (including exposure to projects involving DO-160 and MIL-STD-461).
- Ability to work effectively with technical leads, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong ability to provide clear, concise updates and lead status meetings.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking to identify and resolve project challenges.

Compensation
Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. This estimate is based on experience level and may vary depending on role, function and responsibilities.
