Position Overview
- Owns capital expenditure (CAPEX) project planning, justification, and execution across the plant
- Drives equipment reliability programs to reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life
- Leads initiatives to reduce cycle times on production equipment through process and mechanical improvements
- Manages the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
- Provides direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals
- Directs and drives the use of problem-solving methods for plant and equipment downtime issues
- Responsible for improving process efficiency and plant layout through best practices, SOPs, and lean manufacturing
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred)
- Plant/Operations-driven Engineering professional with a strong background in Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving
- At least 2-3 years of Plant Engineering experience within a highly regulated environment
