Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
- Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
- Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
- Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow‑through to every aspect of your work
- Thrive in a culture of high expectations, accountability, and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
- A Type A personality, organized, proactive, and driven to get things done
- Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
- A strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset
- Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required
Must Have
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management
- 4 years minimum working for a General Contractor, a self‑starter mindset and attitude
- Experience with AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
