Provide Engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, including internal and external resources and customers
Develop statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements
Identify and manage changes to SOW and assess impact, incorporating changes into the statement of work
Support new project development and lead project execution by identifying activities, resources, and events required to complete the work statement
Identify performance metrics
Plan, identify, and coordinate resources required over the life of the project or program
Identify and define plans for risk mitigation and opportunity
Compare actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned
Implement corrective actions to improve performance
Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for project development and execution
Define and execute test plans for integration verification, data integrity, and performance; engage in system integration testing and support system acceptance testing
Prepare program briefings, status reports, and technical deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent
10+ years of experience leading or managing projects involving cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
5+ years' experience as a technical leader in designing and developing solutions spanning Systems Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management, and/or Product Support Engineering
Previous experience in using Siemens Teamcenter and/or Integrated Product Data Management (Teamcenter)
Previous experience supporting Government focused Product Support and Services Engineering teams
Previous experience working development activities leveraging suppliers and/or purchase services
