The Project Engineer will support the successful execution of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role will provide technical, administrative, scheduling, cost-control, procurement, and project coordination support while working closely with Project Managers, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience and a strong foundation in construction documentation, project controls, scheduling, and financial management.
Support Project Managers with planning and execution of multifamily construction projects
Assist with schedules, budgets, procurement, documentation, and project coordination
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and other construction documents
Coordinate RFIs, drawing updates, inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
Track project progress, milestones, costs, commitments, and financial performance
Review invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor costs, and change orders
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment
Participate in jobsite meetings, inspections, and project walks
Identify potential schedule, cost, quality, and procurement issues
Maintain accurate and organized project records
Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently
2–5 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience
