Job Details

As a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager/Superintendent in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, particularly at the Sugarbowl Mountain Resort. This role involves managing cost control, scheduling, safety, estimates, and contract changes, while ensuring all administrative, financial, and technical aspects are executed accurately. Responsibilities also include bid analysis, progress billing, and regular project reviews to maintain budget and schedule compliance.

MUST HAVE

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of project engineering experience (5+ for senior‑level role)
• Strong Commercial Construction experience
• Software: Primavera (scheduling; or similar), Viewpoint (project management; or similar), Bluebeam

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with high‑end hotels, resorts, and hospitality projects.
