Senior Project Engineer (Civil Engineer)

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in our Charlotte, NC office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.

Changing your community by supporting sustainable urban development, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to create meaningful change across North America.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Assist project teams in obtaining civil and environmental permits.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for client communication and coordination.
• Lead design calculations and plan development.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on proposal preparations and client qualifications.
• Supervise core project staff and mentor junior engineers.
• Design land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential).
• Work on due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects.
• Provide construction observation and office support.
• Degreed Civil Engineer.
• 7+ years of experience in Land Development.
• Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
• PE licensing required.
