Senior Project Engineer

• Design and specify cGMP process equipment, piping, and controls (including engineering documentation).
• Manage mid-to-large projects for process equipment and clean utilities (start-up, commissioning, site acceptance).
• Lead design review and installation of equipment.
• Prepare P&IDs and develop Process Flow Diagrams.
• Support QA/Validation with design documents and protocol execution.
• Investigate process equipment, utility, and control system anomalies; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors.

This Role Requires

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years project/process engineering experience (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal).
• Direct experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment (preferred).
• Solid understanding of process control systems and automation.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation for cGMP process and sanitary equipment.
• Experience planning and tracking project activities and schedules.
• Strong interpersonal/cross-cultural communication; ability to lead without direct authority.
• Full cleanroom attire; ability to remove jewelry/makeup/nail adornments when in cleanroom attire.
