- Support the company’s mission of engineering and constructing solar, storage, and EVSE projects
- Manage all engineering aspects of commercial solar, storage, and EVSE opportunities from notice to proceed through construction and close out
- Work with project team to manage engineering scope of a project, from site due-diligence and permitting activities to construction and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with and continuity between Project Agreements by effectively managing engineering firms and equipment vendors
- Oversee cadence with customer during design phase and construction phase
- Organize design package with Engineering firms
- Manage equipment procurement process and ensure cost-effectiveness of technical solution
- Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance Group, and Asset Management team for project close out and handoff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Electrical Engineering Preferred, other Engineering or STEM degree
- 3-5+ years of experience in Solar or BESS system design/project engineering
- Experience with medium and high voltage equipment preferred
- Experience with EVSE a plus
