Senior Project Director, Design & Construction Leadership

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction across multiple projects with values from millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. You will guide a team through concept, design, construction and occupancy while managing client expectations and project budgets.

The role involves directing up to 25–50 team members, coordinating with executive oversight, and ensuring alignment with client goals and profitability.
