Senior Project DeveloperA rapidly growing provider of energy solutions (ESCO) is looking for a Senior Project Developer to join our team.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and/or drive development of ESPC and other energy efficiency construction projectsDevelop scopes, estimates and final proposals prior to submissionDevelop/enhance processes & tools for project developmentCoordinate with Energy Engineers to conduct comprehensive energy and water audits of commercial, institutional, and governmental customersIdentify and develop cost savings opportunities and capital upgrades relating to lighting, mechanical and electrical systems, energy management systems, water consuming equipment and fixtures, and building envelopePrepare detailed scopes of work for the opportunities to obtain accurate subcontractor pricingPrepare of budgetary cost estimates and preparation of technical reportsProvide technical development assistance to solutions sales repsAssist in all stages of the development process through technical presentations of the proposed projectsLead development of financial proformas and assist in developing financial deal structureEducation/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering7+ years of experience in ESPC (Energy Service Performance Contracting)Has Energy Industry knowledge in developing energy conservation or displacement projects such as Cogeneration, Demand Side Management, Supply Side Management or HVAC energy reduction projectsMust have experience in energy auditingProfessional engineering registration preferred, CEM also preferredDesign and construction experience a plusExperience with measurement and verification of savings for performance contractsProject cost accounting and estimating experience a plusMust have strong writing and oral communications skills25% travel within the State
