OverviewSteampunk is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and dependency tracking for a large federal advisory program, meeting fixed statutory delivery windows.ContributionsBuild and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and milestone registriesMaintain dependency maps across all program workstreams so no critical dependency is missedCoordinate with workstream and task area leads to collect schedule updates, inputs, and statusConduct critical path analysis and identify schedule variances, escalating impacts to the Program ManagerSupport schedule baseline management and change control processesSupport monthly program reviews and issue/escalation tracking against SLA standardsMaintain program data in the government-approved portfolio management system to consistent data standards and quality controlsQualificationsRequired:Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearanceBachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Project Management, or a related field, and 5+ years of total experience3-5+ years of scheduling or program coordination experienceProficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent) and critical path method (CPM) schedulingStrong cross-team coordination and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to fixed-deadline deliverablesPreferred:Experience maintaining schedules in a government-approved portfolio/PM systemPrior experience on federal programsPMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent certificationAbout steampunkSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $130,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
