Senior Project CoordinatorTrillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity in Ann Arbor for a Senior Project Coordinator.The Project Coordinator's general responsibility is to support Project Management in the defining and building and management of projects. This includes a variety of administration and information management tasks. A Project Coordinator will be involved, to varying degrees on a project-by-project basis, with purchase orders and material procurement, documentation management, equipment procurement, project information sharing and management and resource management.Overview of day-to-day responsibilities:Writing purchase orders for project materialsTracking and managing material ordersValidating material invoices against material receivedManaging project documentationIdentifying and communication issues and challengesCoordinating information to and from subcontractorsCoordinating information to and from clientsManage equipment rentals and procurementAssist in developing work schedules and labor/crew planningAssist in developing monthly billings and invoices to send to accountingLiaising between departments on behalf of Project ManagementAnnual salary is $70k/year.Must excel in:OrganizationSelf-motivated follow up.Written and verbal communicationSelf-motivated results-oriented work ethicWillingness to learn and internally motivated to seek knowledge.Trillium has been recruiting and placing accounting, finance and technical professionals for over 30 years.
