The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and must have Deltek Vision or VantagePoint software experience.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Full project and billing/invoicing cycleProject accounting - contract review, project setup, invoicing schematics, reporting, issuing insurance certificates, and implementation of client-specific requirementsPhysical and electronic invoice submission/client portal uploadsProject MWBE, city/local government reportingProject analysis, reconciliation, and maintenanceMonitor A/R and perform collection effortsConsultant insurance certificates management and trackingQualifications:Prior experience working in an architecture/engineering firm environmentProficient with A/E industry softwareDeltek Vision/Vantagepoint is required5 years of billing/invoicing (LS, T&M, and CP) and contract/project management support experience is required.Intermediate/advanced proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and WordMust be organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to multi-taskHandling high communication volumes- oral/email/written correspondence.Willing to thrive and learn in a fast-paced environmentFAR and federal contracting experience a plusMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipPGAL offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k), and profit sharing.
