What You'll Do

• Lead projects from concept through construction administration.
• Serve as the primary client contact.
• Coordinate consultants and project teams.
• Mentor project architects and associates.
• Review drawings for quality, constructability, and technical excellence.
• Help improve firm standards and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience
• Strong Revit and construction documentation skills
• Commercial, educational, industrial, municipal, healthcare or multifamily experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
