This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to drive infrastructure forward, power innovation and leave your mark on our energy future.In the role of Senior Project Administrator, we'll count on you to:Take responsibility for a wide variety of executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functionsWork independently and exercise considerable discretion with sensitive and confidential informationManage multiple complex paper and electronic files, including high-level documents and recordsCompose and develop correspondence and complex reportsManage project insurance mattersApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures and independently monitor for quality assuranceManage project documents and filesAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentationsWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedulesActively participate in project reviewsExhibit professionalism with clients and corporate executivesWork closely with multiple executives, Project Managers and project teamsExercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functionsHandle client invoicing, manage collections, complete project budgets and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as neededOversee activities of other administrative project support staff as neededPerform other duties as neededPreffered Qualifications5-10 years experience in business development, sales, or other outfacing client development services5-10 years experience in field work, administration or management for construction, craft labor or other relatable fieldsQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree A minimum of 8 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We BelieveHDR is our company.
