Our team of experienced professionals is looking for another teammate committed to helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes with ease and confidence.We're seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join our team as a key advisor to our clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for public service and a deep understanding of governmental accounting and auditing requirements.What You'll Do:Serve as a trusted advisor to local government clients throughout OhioProvide consulting and project-based accounting servicesAssist with financial reporting, internal control reviews, and process improvement initiativesOffer support on technical accounting questions, compliance-related matters, GASB implementations, and other issues that arise throughout the yearMeet virtually with clients monthly or quarterly to ensure their questions are answered and to provide proactive guidanceCollaborate with a talented, people-focused team to deliver exceptional serviceWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3-5 years of governmental auditing experience (required)Strong knowledge of local government accounting and reportingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCPA preferred (or actively pursuing)Why J&G: At Julian & Grube, we take pride in our people-first culture and mission-driven work supporting Ohio's local governments.
