Senior Program Scheduler / EVMS AnalystGalapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly motivated and well-qualified Senior Program Scheduler / EVMS Analyst to join our team of skilled and diverse professionals. This role is responsible for developing, supporting, and integrating program plans and schedules, while ensuring full compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements. The selected candidate will lead the development and maintenance of detailed program schedules, coordinate and integrate multiple work plans, and ensure all activities align with established scheduling policies and are accurately reflected in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and analyze compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting DoD and SAP/SCI programsApply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to develop schedules that support accurate performance metrics, analysis, and corrective action planningOrganize project activities into a logical sequence with valid predecessors and successors to identify a realistic and defensible critical pathAlign schedule tasks with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements to support resource tracking and performance measurementEnsure schedules implement program requirements necessary to meet life-cycle phase entry and exit criteria, including proper application of Earned Value Techniques and routine status updatesAnalyze existing project schedules and provide expert guidance on restructuring, critical path optimization, and workaround strategies to meet program objectivesValidate schedule accuracy in forecasting and projecting milestone achievement and overall program performanceImplement and manage an MS Project Server environment, providing a consolidated master schedule for all active programsDevelop and document scheduling processes and procedures to institutionalize standard operating practices across program and management teamsCommunicate complex schedule, risk, and performance data clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholdersProactively identify and mitigate schedule risks through forward-looking analysis rather than reactive correctionRequirements Skills and Experience:Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility10+ years of relevant DoD experience, including hands-on program scheduling and acquisition support.5-7 years of experience supporting SAP/SCI environments, with work performed within the last five (5) yearsMust be willing to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph, if requiredExperience working within a government acquisition organization, including schedule support for cost, technical, and program management functionsExperience in a space acquisition environment (highly desired)Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project, including advanced scheduling, critical path analysis, and EVM integrationHands-on experience with Microsoft Project Server implementation and administrationStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines in a high-tempo environmentAbility to convey complex technical and programmatic information in a clear, simplified mannerSelf-starter with minimal supervision requirements and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present concepts, plans, and recommendationsFamiliarity with system design, development, and manufacturing efforts governed by DoD contracts, specifications, and standardsEducations and Certifications:Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering (MA/MS/ME) degreeRelevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degreeBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity Clearance: Must be a U.S.
