WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: EXPERIENCE:10+ years of portfolio/project management experience7+ years of experience working in agile environments4+ years of experience in requirements managementIT Governance experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Experience in managing transitions for applications with complex integrations, such as APIs, data migrations, or third-party integrations.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases. SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders.Experience analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions.Experience communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in managing vendor relationships TECHNICAL SKILLS:Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI.Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project. EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or IT;
