We're looking for a Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of Business, Product, Technology, and vendor partners, someone who can turn big priorities into well-orchestrated delivery.
🎯 The Role
You'll be the primary liaison across Business, Product, Technology, and vendor teams, making sure technology solutions line up with business goals and get delivered in a structured, integrated way. You'll have end-to-end visibility across multiple workstreams and play a key part in helping leaders make confident decisions.
🔧 What You'll Do
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and keep workstreams moving in sync
- Facilitate program governance and drive plan execution
- Coordinate testing and deployment activities
- Monitor risks and issues, and resolve them before they escalate
- Ensure the business is ready for technology change
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable delivery plans
- Support executive decision-making with sharp status reporting, metrics, and recommendations
✅ What You Bring
- Experience leading large-scale technology programs or projects
- A track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs across business and technology teams
- Understanding of retail planning processes: forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, production planning, and demand planning
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms, data integrations, analytics, cloud technologies, and SaaS solutions
- Experience working with consulting partners in matrixed delivery organizations
- Confidence running governance forums, steering committees, leadership reviews, and cross-functional workshops
