Senior Program Management Trainer & Cohort Lead

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Program Management 3 to own and deliver in-person training cohorts across the enterprise as part of the Enterprise Critical Skills Development program. You will translate complex Program Management concepts into actionable learning outcomes and engage experienced program managers.

The role requires strong communication, dynamic presenting, and the ability to manage a substantial travel schedule (up to 50%).
