Job OpportunityMust have qualifications:Education and experience requirement(s): A master's degree in social work, public health, health administration, or related field; and three to five years of administrative and supervisory experience operating Scatter Site Housing Program(s); or a bachelor's degree in social work, public health, health administration, or related field; and five to seven years of administrative and supervisory experience operating Scatter Site Housing Program(s). Five or more years of experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons afflicted with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and serious mental illness. Bilingual-Spanish preferred.
HIV/AIDS advanced training is a plus.Day-to-day responsibilities:The health educator is responsible for providing health education and counseling to HIV/AIDS clients.
