Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the facilitation and delivery of assigned Mentor Training Program (MTP) sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, providing consistent guidance, support, and engagement throughout program hours.
- Proactively identify and address barriers to participant engagement, attendance and successful program completion.
- Provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and support to young women in our ElevateHer program.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program curriculum, activities, and participant experiences by identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with the Program Director on program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure program goals and outcomes are achieved.
Requirments:
- Bachelor Degree for significant relevant experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience working with youth populations (preferred experience with foster and/or justice impacted populations)
- Strong group facilitation experience
- Applied knowledge of adolescent development and/or training in restorative/ transformative justice work is a plus.
