Senior Program Analyst Location - Quantico, VA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities to include: Systems Engineering Risk analysis and management Safety Analysis and Assessment Production Management Modeling and Simulation Scheduling Testing Cyber Security Assessment and Management Software Management

Perform system integration that includes: Technical Reviews Milestone Reviews Program Reviews New Program Development Program Strategy Development Program Execution Management

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements: Master's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

Level of Experience Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of Systems 10+ years' experience in technical project/program management Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred

PMP, PgMP, PfMP - Project / Program / Portfolio Management Professional Certified Agile Scrum Master Master's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements

This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions.

Additional Qualifying Factors
