Evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements, the full-time Senior Program Analyst, Informatics will analyze operational programs, assess risks, and support workforce modernization activities in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs using qualitative and quantitative data Lead analysis of program effectiveness and support the development of executive-level metrics and dashboards Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles
