To support the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Senior Program Analyst, Informatics will plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of interoperability programs, focusing on enhancing the exchange and utilization of Veteran health information while working within a Scaled Agile Framework environment. Key responsibilities Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of OCI interoperability programs and operations Use data-driven methods to assess program performance and synthesize findings into reports and metrics Identify and mitigate program risks while contributing to governance and executive communications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in program analysis, data analysis, or informatics Relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA health care setting Experience with SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices Ability to obtain and maintain a VA background investigation and work authorization in the U.S
