Providing advanced program planning and analysis support in a complex federal health IT environment, the full-time Senior Program Analyst, Informatics will lead the application of analytical methods to assess program effectiveness, identify risks, and drive operational excellence while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, analysis, and evaluation of operating programs using advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical methods Evaluate program effectiveness using source data and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions Identify and mitigate program risks, developing risk registers and contingency plans in coordination with program leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis or business analysis, with relevant clinical informatics experience in a Veterans Administration healthcare setting Demonstrated experience in identifying and mitigating risks within complex federal program environments Advanced knowledge of program planning, analysis, and evaluation methodologies for federal health IT programs Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices; ability to apply them to drive value and sustain organizational change
