Senior Program AnalystMarathon TS is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst. This position requires the individual to perform program analyst tasks, apply engineering/project management principles and administrative functions. The individual must be able to work with limited supervision as part of the program management team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) PMO, supporting the Group Manager of Program Support and Analytics.Your future duties and responsibilities:Provide advisory and analytical support for development of strategies, planning and implementation activities associated with the execution of fundamental changes in how the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) conducts business. Focus on building, maintaining and analyzing schedules and budgets as well as support in planning, developing and implementing strategic plans and schedules; communication planning; develop, coordinate and obtain senior level management input and approval for planning agendas, logistics and communication of planning sessions; capturing and managing action item status.Monitor program goals and provide activity target updates to executive leadershipDevelop strategic plans and provide strategic planning consulting to assist the client in improving programmatic PMO oversightResponsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business and program related metricsAd-hoc program analyst and strategic planning tasking as requested by the clientExperience utilizing SharePointKSN management and administrationSetup, coordinate and manage meetingsAssesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectivesBuild relationships with individual programs and PMO leadershipDevelop SOPs, guides/manuals and process improvementsContributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standardsFormulate agendas, briefings, presentations and other supporting artifacts for manager(s) as requestedRequirements qualifications to be successful in this role:BS/BA degree in business or related fields from an accredited university5 years or more of related experienceExperience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPointUS Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationPrevious FAA experience with the NAS/PMOMarathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
