To support client implementations, the full-time Senior Professional Services Engineer will install and configure software solutions remotely, resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities Install and configure software solutions at customer sites, ensuring adherence to defined methodologies and customer requirements Resolve technical issues and perform necessary tests to ensure proper implementation of the technical architecture Document project progress, provide updates to project managers and customers, and assist in the design of Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management projects Required qualifications Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or a related field 3 years of experience in a related occupation or job offered Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring and Hibernate Experience with databases such as MS SQL and Oracle Familiarity with application servers like JBoss and IBM WebSphere
