Senior Professional Services Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services to help customers adopt GitLab.
• Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node to large reference architectures using IaC.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and drive customer success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and mentor other Professional Services Engineers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to share feedback and improve GitLab.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Professional exposure to cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely in a fully remote environment.
