Qualifications
- Epic Professional Billing certification is required
- Epic Charge Router certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Billing Processes and Billing Systems
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Background in Finance or relevant financial operations
- Attention to detail and capability to work independently in a hybrid work setting
- Experience in healthcare billing systems and regulations is a plus
