Responsibilities include preparing large-batch recipes, training and guiding line cooks, monitoring inventory and waste, and upholding HACCP and sanitation standards. You will collaborate with supervisors to execute menus, support special events, and help implement Sodexo’s service, safety, and diversity values while delivering outstanding dining experiences to clients and guests.
