Senior Product Support Manager

To establish a new support function for a major product launch, the full-time Senior Product Support Manager will design the operating model, lead a senior team, and collaborate with various departments while leveraging AI for data-driven decision-making in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Design and own the operating model for the new support function, including workflows and knowledge management Build and lead a small, senior team while remaining hands-on during the initial stages Collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to define end-to-end support processes Required qualifications Proven experience in building a support or product operations function from the ground up Ability to work as a hands-on contributor while also having the experience to lead a team Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior leadership Practical experience using AI to enhance business operations Background in data-centric environments with the ability to make data-driven decisions
