Leading product strategy and commercialization for payer products, the full-time Senior Product Strategy Manager will define strategic direction, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative healthcare solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Leading client discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify emerging opportunities and inform product strategy Defining and owning product strategy for payer offerings by translating market intelligence, client feedback, and business objectives into actionable 12-24 month product roadmaps Partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to validate market opportunities and maximize commercial performance throughout the product lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 5-8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or healthcare consulting within healthcare technology or analytics Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, and product development lifecycles Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, and claims analytics Experience launching and commercializing enterprise SaaS or healthcare analytics solutions for payer organizations is preferred
