Working remotely within the EST time zone, the contract Senior Product Quality Analyst will evaluate product quality, enhance AI-driven recommendation systems, and collaborate across product management, design, data science, and engineering to ensure excellence in personalized experiences. Key responsibilities: Evaluate product quality and data annotation programs to enhance user experiences Analyze large datasets to identify quality patterns and inform product decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development from inception through execution Required qualifications: Proven experience in product quality evaluation or data annotation programs Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets Solid understanding of evaluation methodologies and qualitative analysis techniques Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and human-in-the-loop evaluation Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science or Human-Computer Interaction
